I'm back! It's  5/24/2025. I haven't had access to this blog for a almost a year. 


First, take care of your health.  The best defense is a good offense. I am still struggling with doing that. Always used to be slim an trim and live n a very unhealthy place.

Dear Doc, 

I hope my butt impression made you realize how mature I am. I apologize for being preoccupied with reading RUMPelstilSKIN when you walked in. I hope you didn't vote for Trumpty Dumpty but many did because there wasn't much of a choice. 

Nevertheless I will follow instructions including getting a butt pillow. Dr. HAVARTY handled all this in an  excellent manner. No cheesy statements yet frankly if I was him, I'd be laughing my ask-me-no-questions off. 

It's been a pleasure to see you and I hope you enjoyed my smile.

My comment: The best place I lived was in an apartment in Brooklyn Center, MN. We had an indoor pool, sauna, public shower if you want. I had a great balcony. Great apartment. Excellent chiropractor. Reliable doctor abd reliable dentist.  I miss it every day I live in this unhealthy state of organized crime. I can't afford to move back. Otherwise I would!
